• The apartment is available from 3pm on your arrival day
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 10 am
• If the occupancy plan permits, the apartment can also be booked by single travelers at short notice. Please ask us
• If you arrive by public transport, we will pick you up at the bus stop in Lüsen-Kreuz
• If you have a valid student card or disability card or if you travel by bus, train, bicycle or on foot, you will receive a discount of 10%.
• The use of our wellness area is exclusive for you and included in the price
• Our prices include the Italian VAT
• The prices are exclusive local tax (€ 0.85 per person per night, since 01.01.2018, from 14 years)
• All taxes as well as electricity, garbage, water, heating are included in the price
• Any tax increases must be charged

Mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council:

• Platform for the Online-Settlement of Consumer Disputes (ODR) of the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main
• Reservations are considered binding only if there is a written confirmation on both sides or a deposit has been transferred
• For bookings we charge a down payment of 30% of the total final amount

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

• There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code
• Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal to the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:
• If a deposit has been transferred, it will be retained in any case
• Cancellations up to 120 days before departure are free of charge, there are only handling fees of 50 €
• Cancellations after this period up to 30 days before departure will be charged with 50% of the total price
• If canceled 29 days or more prior to arrival, 90% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• In case of early departure the full price of the apartment will be charged
• We recommend that you make a travel insurance
